- Monday - Thursday 8 : 00a.m. - 7 : 00 p.m.
- Fridays 8 : 00 a.m. - 12 : 00 p.m.
- 2 Saturdays / Month
Qualifications & What we are looking for in you …
Proven experience as a Scheduling Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or a Front Desk Receptionist.Experience in a dental or medical office with 2 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and supporting a profitable practice.Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.Strong communication & interpersonal relationship building skills.Proficiency in dental software and state-of-the-art equipment.Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental terminology with patients.Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!As a member of our team, you will thrive by being able to :Take Direction & Work Independently : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Demonstrate a Dedication to a Strong Work Ethic : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Be Personable and Professional : Friendly, empathetic demeanor with a patient-first mindset.Roles & Responsibilities :
Oversee patient scheduling, manage patient records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.Greet patients, schedule future appointments, handle incoming calls, manage claims & answer questions.Manage the unscheduled treatment plan and recare lists of patients to assist patients with staying consistent with their dental health.Schedule patient appointments efficiently, taking into consideration dentist availability and treatment times.Confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments via phone, email, or SMS.Coordinate with the clinical team to accommodate emergency cases and patient needs.Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.Manage the appointment schedule to minimize gaps and maximize productivity.Collaborate with the billing department to verify insurance coverage and benefits, present accurate treatment plan presentations, process insurance claims, manage the collections life-cycle, and discuss financial opportunities to assist patients with scheduling and completing treatment diagnosed by Doctor.Perform general administrative tasks to support the dental office as needed.If you're passionate about dentistry and eager to work alongside a passionate team of professionals, this could be the perfect role for you. Compensation :
17-$20 / hour
Salary : $17 - $20
