Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area by regularly cleaning surfaces and equipment.
- Help bus tables by clearing away dirty dishes and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise.
- Support catering events by assisting with food preparation and service as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting any shortages or damaged items to management.
Skills
