Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in designated territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our window and door solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Handling New and Old Accounts as a dedicated Representative
- Travelling to companies and jobsites to speak with Key Personnel and coordinating with our on-site sales team to secure jobs.
- Reaching out to lost accounts to re-engage customers.
- Conducting Market Assessments through Customer Feedback
- Troubleshooting Customer issues Via email, Phone, and Jobsite.
- Provide competitive market analysis to help ISRs position products effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of ISRs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins (calls, meetings, or reports) to ensure accountability.
- Collect and review weekly/monthly sales reports from ISRs.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Communicate company updates, new product launches, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or territory management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Experience in Managing Sales Staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations effectively.
