We are seeking a passionate R&D/Estimator to join our team. Job duties include selling to new and established clients by way of estimating quotes; taking orders; entering, tracking, and following up on orders; and coordinating between outside sales and operations to exceed customer expectations. and designing new products and systems; assisting in creating and testing prototypes. By demonstrating the advantages and outstanding performance capabilities of our products, R&D/Estimator drive company revenue and their own careers in an environment full of fun and challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Creating AutoCAD drawings for sales orders
- Using analytical skills to perform research and determine all materials, transport, labor, and equipment needed for the job
- Handling quotes and customer inquiries
- Analyzing customers’ needs and recommending proper products to the customer
- Introducing and promoting new Gamco products to customer base, emphasizing unique features by using samples, videos, catalogues, and shop drawings
- Coordinating with Sales, Project Managers, and Production to meet deadlines
- Using math skills to create, construct, and establish product dimensions and design schematics for future and potential products.
- Using analytical skills to perform research and determine product design plans.
- Evaluating manufacturing processes through research and suggesting ways to optimize.
- Creating thorough drawings in AutoCAD for customer approval
- Working closely with sales team to understand customer needs and concerns
- Evaluating feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of new technologies, designs, or applications
- Designing new products and systems; assisting in creating and testing prototypes
- Establishing and updating accurate customer product specification sheets
- 1 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting.
- Fluency in English.
- ( or Cantonese) a plus.
- Degree in Engineering or other related fields. Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is Required
- Excellent in MS Office, Excel and G-Suite, and willing to learn new software
- Previous experience in metal, fabrication, or manufacturing industries is a major plus
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and improve.
- Excellent math skills.
- Knowledge of current software and strong computer skills, including Excel or estimating software.
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and dependable to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, capable of pointing out mistakes and correcting them.
