Responsibilities include:
- Load and unload trucks, vans, automobiles, or dollies.
- Cooperate with team members in moving large pieces of window and door products.
- Receive, store, and organize materials within warehouse.
- Work in hardware/packaging areas as directed by supervisor.
- Assist in driving duties when necessary.
- Able to drive large trucks and do both intrastate and interstate (New York State) product delivery.
- Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
- Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
- Hold New York Driver’s License, Class D and above.
- Follow orders and instructions.
- In good physical condition, can lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Follow a flexible schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM when on driving duty.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Detail and safety oriented.
- Able to do daily communication in English.
- Previous shipping/driving experience.
- Bilingual Chinese or Spanish is highly preferred but not mandatory.
