Production Quality Coordinator - Days 4 10-hours; 5:30AM – 4:30PM - $16.50/hour to start

JOB SUMMARY:
Sort apparel by size, color and type. Prepare and inspect orders before and after decoration.
Support all areas of the production process.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Inspect garments for quality issues.
- Verify item counts and check against the work orders.
- Place garments neatly in boxes in preparation for the shipping department.
- Become proficient and trained in other aspects of production to support all departments.
- Utilize personal protective equipment as required for personal safety.
- Maintain clean work area and equipment.
- Perform job consistently within established performance standards.
- Punctual, observes prescribed work break/meal periods and has an acceptable overall attendance record.
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma, GED or demonstrated reliable work record with the ability to read and write proficiently.
