**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Game Over Arcade Bar and Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please be aware we require all bartenders to have their Basset Certification before starting. We are seeking someone with a professional attitude that can be trusted to ID correctly and make sure all rules and regulations are being followed. We are a family buisness and would like someone who cares as much about the success of our Arcade as we do!
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including banquet events or nightclub settings
- Sales skills to promote drinks and enhance the customer experience
