Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Technology Services

Schedule: Monday through Friday, In-office

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Technology Services industry. This role is ideal for someone with a fearless mentality, exceptional cold-calling skills, and a proven ability to hunt for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Cold Calling: Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries. Understand client needs and articulate how our environmental services can meet those needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the designated territory. Continuously identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities. Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our environmental services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients. Close deals that align with company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates on sales activities. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track progress and manage customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, ideally within the environmental services or related industry.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: $69,510.00 - $95,673.00 per year
