The Senior Coordinator, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), will play a key role in supporting the financial management of the company. The candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, creating reports for management, assisting in forecasting processes, and supporting financial decision-making. This position requires excellent analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, helping to identify trends and variances against forecast.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with divisional managers to gather relevant data and assumptions.
- Regularly update revenue and expense forecasts based on business performance and changing conditions.
- Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs to assess divisional performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with our internal accounting team on the monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements.
- Build presentations for monthly finance reviews with the divisional leads and partners.
- Deliver insights and recommendations from ad-hoc analyses and special projects to help optimize financial performance.
- Maintain and improve financial models and templates used for revenue forecasting and staff planning.
- Automate and streamline reporting and analysis where possible to reduce manual effort and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or a similar area.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Programs;
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to department goals.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong time-management skills, able to execute tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment;
- Able to operate with discretion and confidentiality;
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
