Commission Base Regional Outside Sales Representative
Location: Northeast Territory (NY, CT, NJ, PA, RI, ME, MA, NH, VT)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Multi-Line Representative/Group to join our sales team. The Regional Sales Representative/Group will be responsible for selling our products/services within a specific geographic region, building and maintaining relationships with customers, expanding our network of customers within the region and achieving sales targets.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities through tradeshows and other industry related leads prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with existing customers as needed and potential new customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to support sales efforts and ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to sales management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an apparel sales role.
- In depth knowledge and experience of industry related Wholesale Apparel Industry and Industry Related Trade Organizations, Trade Shows & Trade publications.
- Experience in selling workwear and/or sportswear preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and CRM Systems, SalesForce.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
