What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager / Marketing Manager position at Game Warriors?
Game Warriors is looking for a part-time Assistant Manager to join our team and help grow the business into Cedar Park’s premiere coding and digital art learning center for children. Our ideal candidate would have a background in business, marketing, project management or education. However, if the following describes you well, you could be our ideal candidate:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Sales/Marketing
- Operations
- Staff Management
- Mentoring Students
- Expanding the business through the exploration of novel opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote products and services effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work afternoons (3-6pm or possibly 4-7pm) and Saturdays (10am-1pm)
- Experience working with children a plus
- Experience in project management, team leadership a plus
- Experience in sales, marketing or business operations a plus
- Coding knowledge/experience an asset
- Knowledge of game development a plus
- Artistic background a plus
Compensation:
- Base rate of $16-22 per hour plus commission based upon enrollment numbers
