Key Holder/Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Associate's to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while also managing staff and inventory effectively.

Duties

• Assist in the management of store operations, including sales, and customer service.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns toward video games\anime\items around the store, etc.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is adequately maintained and organized.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills in areas such as customer service and cash register operations.
• Helping to keep store looking tidy and organized.

Skills

• Cleaning, organizing, alphabetizing, team player.
• Video games\ Gaming console knowledge.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $11.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
