Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with all store operations
- Manager on Duty
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Complete Transactions for the Sale/Buying of Products
- Processing Trade in Products to make available for sale
- Assist Customers in making selections that meet their needs
- General tasks related to the operation of the store
- Other duties may be assigned as the business dictates from time

- Vinyl Records, DVDs, and Blu-ray Movies and Boxsets
Experience
- 1 or more years of retail experience is a plus
- 2 or more years of customer service experience is a plus
- Sales/ Customer Service
- Track record of success in a retail environment
- Fast-paced work environment
Education:
High School Diploma required
Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent preferred
