Job Overview:
The Patient Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clinic by managing daily operations and enhancing patient experiences. This role is responsible for appointment scheduling, payment collection, medication coordination, and patient documentation, all while delivering exceptional service that drives patient satisfaction and positive reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficiency and minimal wait times.
- Collect and manage patient payments and follow up on declined transactions.
- Coordinate medication refills and communicate with the pharmacy.
- Greet patients, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless clinic experience.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with patient portal setup.
- Assist clinic staff with administrative duties and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in healthcare and/or medical front desk highly preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, google workspace and payment systems.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
