We have an in-house lab and do all patient testing on-site.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our clinic’s launch, growth, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing and management position with a track record of high performance, leadership, and delivering exceptional results, while maintaining a solid team and high morale. Experience in supplement store management, endocrinology, testosterone replacement therapy and erectile dysfunction a huge plus.

The Role:

  • Develop marketing and sales strategic plan and execute the approved strategy.
  • Lead sales and marketing activity, such as digital content creation (via partner agency), community outreach, and physician referral network development.
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and non-medical training of staff.
  • Maintain social media communication to engage immediately with members & potential members; Focus on numerous 5 star google reviews for marketing
  • Develop financial forecasts and budgets and manage to the approved budget.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient clinic and business operations, including oversight of daily, weekly, and monthly task completion in accordance with the operations manual. Making sure schedule is full and daily goal is met. Keeping track of supplies and inventory.

Daily Tasks

  • Lead monthly business performance reviews, including opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships, performance, and contracts for all vendors, such as pharmacies, medical equipment suppliers, payroll, and bookkeeping.
  • Support the Medical Director and clinical staff as needed to ensure high-quality and compliant service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing staff performance feedback and conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews. Manage staff scheduling.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that adequate supplies and medications are available to meet patient demand.

Competencies, Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Masters in Business (marketing, finance, etc.), Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or equivalent degree or experience a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong Sales background in supplement store, PT/ fitness industry is a plus
  • Proficient in various business platforms (e.g., Quickbooks, Liquid Payments, and

Customer Relationship Management systems) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that people gravitate to
  • Willingness to participate in community events and perform other business-critical activities outside of standard business hours.
  • Experience in a similar clinical setting (TRT clinic, MedSpa, Endocrinology) preferred but not required.
