Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Assistant General Manager. This unique position will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office while also playing a key role in building and maintaining relationships with health and medical organizations, gyms, first responders, and other community stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong ability to multitask, coordinate initiatives, and build strong partnerships that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Organize and maintain office systems, records, and databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Community Outreach & Ground Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services to local health and medical organizations, gyms, and first responders.
- Cultivate relationships with medical professionals, fitness centers, wellness programs, and first responder organizations to establish partnerships and referral networks.
- Organize and participate in local health fairs, medical conferences, and community events to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for outreach, such as sponsorships, community programs, and local collaborations.
- Create and distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures, social media posts) to relevant organizations and community groups.
- Develop and maintain an outreach calendar to track events, meetings, and partnerships.
Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including medical providers, gym owners, and first responders.
- Collaborate with community partners to identify mutual benefits, such as joint marketing efforts or cross-referral opportunities.
- Track and report on outreach efforts, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring both parties’ needs are met.
- Act as a liaison between the office and community partners to ensure smooth communication and ongoing collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement, preferably within the health, fitness, or medical sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media management is a plus.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for health and community outreach.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Promotion, or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with regular office hours.
- Occasional travel for outreach events and meetings may be required.

- Generally this will be a Monday through Friday position; however, through networking and community based events, this position will have sporadic weekend requirements.
