Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the GameDay environment to enhance primary care services.
- Work with Medical Providers to deliver client-centered, outcomes-oriented care.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and peers.
- Assist in disease management and health promotion programs.
- Implement client self-management programs.
- Provide medical services in line with GameDay standards and regulations.
- Record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information.
- Perform venipuncture, basic wound care, and administer medications and injections.
- Manage patient information, scheduling, and billing activities in computer systems.
- Assist in lab operations and ensure lab results are accurately recorded in patient charts.
- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients
- Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins)
- Conducting Gainswave Treatments
- Assisting Clinician during P Shot Procedures
- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR
- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts
- Greeting patients
- Other tasks as assigned
What We Need from You:
- Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of current clinical principles and practices.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well with the Clinic Director and healthcare team members.
- Responsibility and Accountability: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Independence and Prioritization: Capability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Professionalism: Treat all clients with kindness and act in accordance with GameDay's mission and policies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR and adherence to HIPAA protocols.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; degree from an accredited college preferred.
Experience: Experience in related fields like med spas, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology, or general practice preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
