Job Summary
As a PRN Phlebotomist, you’ll support our medical team by performing blood draws, administering injections, and ensuring the highest standard of patient care. This position plays a vital role in delivering a positive, comfortable experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures to collect blood specimens.
- Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and handling of blood specimens.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
- Provide outstanding patient care and customer service.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to support overall clinic operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1 year experience in phlebotomy or a related clinical role (preferred)
- National certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (preferred):
- ASCP, NHA, AMT, NPA, or NCCT
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
- Strong venipuncture and injection skills
- Professional, courteous, and dependable
Requirements (State of Ohio)
While Ohio does not require licensure for phlebotomists, Gameday prefers candidates who meet the following:
- Completed an accredited phlebotomy training program or have equivalent on-the-job training
- Performed a minimum of 30 venipunctures and 10 capillary sticks on live patients

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
