The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:

- Injections (Testosterone, weight loss injections, B12 and other vitamins)

- Blood draws on patients; must have experience

- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts

- Assisting medical providers with patient care

- Assisting in lab operations; using analyzers and centrifuges, recording data, proper handling and safety protocols.

- Maintaining accurate patient records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

- Greeting patients at front desk & providing an exceptional level of customer service.

- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming and joyful environment

Qualifications: Experience in a related field, such as med spas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or in a concierge practice is preferred.

- High comfort level working in men's health and performing medical procedures and physical examination of male patients; proficiency in medical/clinical aspects of male anatomy and sexual function; experience in urology preferred, but not required

- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits

- Must pass criminal background check

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.
