Clinical Receptionist for Men's Health

Our Back Bay and Watertown and Medford clinics are opening soon and looking for a Medical Receptionist/ Assistant to help us make men feel their best.

We have hundreds of patients who receive testosterone replacement therapy and other men's services throughout our many locations. As our Medical Receptionist/Assistant you are the first face they see and an integral part of their transformation. This role is primarily front desk/ administration, but we are looking for someone with medical assistant experience in case you are needed to help with phlebotomy, etc.

The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff

- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

Occasionally needed to help with:

- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients

- Injections

- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR

- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts

- Assisting medical providers with patient care

- Assisting in lab operations

- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
