We're looking for a LPN to join our growing team. GameDay specializes in cutting-edge treatments for testosterone replacement, sexual enhancement, weight loss and vitamin therapy — with a rapidly expanding presence across the nation. We are searching for a dynamic LPN to join our team!

Hours: Tues - Fri, 8AM - 5PM with 1 hour lunch

Compensation:

• Compensation: $28-33/hour
• Additional monthly bonus payouts based clinic performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with the Clinical Director and the Office Admin to create a positive, upbeat, collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Conduct patient phlebotomies and administer labs based on blood draws
• Administer intramuscular injections as required (Testosterone, PRP, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins)
• Check and record patient vitals in EMR and input lab results into patient charts, adhering to all HIPAA Protocols
• Assist Clinical Director with patient care and follow up on care treatment plans
• Assist in lab operations —including (but not limited to) lab quality control, equipment calibration and accurate lab reporting
• Managing and maintaining inventory levels as needed from pharmacies and suppliers
• Cross-training on front desk responsibilities, which includes:
• Scheduling and confirming appointments and follow up with patients as needed
• Welcoming patients and coordinating completion of intake forms
• Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
• Managing patient CRM and EHR records, as well as billing
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in a related field, such as medspas, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred but not required.
• Related degree from an accredited school
• Active license in good standing to practice in Ohio and no current or pending malpractice lawsuits
• Completion of training courses and materials as requested
