We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy, along with experience in various medical specialties such as internal medicine, dermatology, and emergency medicine. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare providers and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
- Record patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information accurately.
- Administer medications as directed by physicians or nursing staff.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and medication instructions.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with diagnostic procedures.
- Manage patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient referrals as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and various medical systems.
Experience
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is essential.
- Experience in Phlebotomy, Urology or hospital medicine is preferred.
- Familiarity with mens heath care needs is a plus.
- Previous experience in mens health clinic is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
