Gameday is excited to welcome the ideal candidate with at least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Experience to our growing team.
This candidate would exhibit exceptional skills and/or a willingness to be trained in the following areas:
- Testosterone Replacement: Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
- Erectile Dysfunction: Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix
- Being team-oriented
- Leadership
- Working together with Medical Assistant(s) and Receptionist.
- Maintaining clinic census goals.
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
- Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a huge plus.
Qualifications:
- NP or PA license in the state you are applying for
- Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred.
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Active state license in good standing
- Active DEA Certificate
- Active Controlled Substance Registration.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Earned doctoral degree from an accredited institution and have at least 2 years’ experience acceptable to the Department in one or more of the applicable categories in the clinical laboratory.
2. Earned a M.A. or M.S. degree from an accredited institution with a major in medical technology or one of the biological, physical or chemical sciences and have had at least 4 years’ experience acceptable to the Department in one or more of the applicable categories in the clinical laboratory.
3. Earned a B.S. or A.B. degree from an accredited institution with a major in medical technology or one of the biological, physical or chemical sciences and have had at least 6 years’ experience acceptable to the Department in one or more of the applicable categories in the clinical laboratory.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Tuesday - Thursday. No weekends, no holidays, no on-call.
Pay: $75,000 - $125,000 per hour: Part-time or full-time can be arranged. Benefits are negotiable as needed.
