Job Type : Part-time to full -time based on event bookings
Pay : $18-$20 / hr
About Us : Gameday Your Way is a growing events hospitality and event production company based in the Midwest. With a primary focus on sporting events Gameday Your Way provides memorable experiences for clients hosting events that range from basic tailgates and transportation before football games to large-scale productions including fundraisers, youth tournaments, and alumni events.
Position Overview : As the Event Staffing Manager at Gameday Your Way, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our events. You will be responsible for interviewing, training, and managing a team of event staff. Your ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, coupled with your strong organizational skills, will be crucial in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Staffing Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive staffing strategy to meet the specific needs of each event, ensuring an appropriate balance of skills and experience.
- Onboarding : Interview and select event staff members, ensuring they align with the company's values and customer service standards. Oversee onboarding, including training and orientation.
- Scheduling and Deployment : Create and manage event schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and proper allocation of resources based on event requirements.
- Team Management : Provide leadership, direction, and support to the event staff team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Training and Development : Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of event staff, focusing on customer service, event protocols, and safety procedures.
- Compliance and Documentation : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to staffing and events.

Anticipated Hours :
Up to 10-20 hours weekly March-June, December
20-35 hours weekly July – November
Required available days :
Remotely July 17th - 21st.
On site September 13th and 20th, October 4th and 18th, November 8th, 2 additional days TBD
Start Date : April 1st
