Position Summary: As a support member for Gameday Productions Services (GPS), you will be slotted into one of several available positions: Shuttle Stop Manager, Shuttle Stop Supervisor, Will Call Staff, or Will Call Supervisor. Shuttle Stop positions will ensure smooth and efficient transportation for event attendees between their hotels and the event venue. Will Call positions will be responsible for managing ticket pickup and distribution for event attendees. Everyone will be providing exceptional customer service to event attendees coming from across the nation.
Key Responsibilities Across Roles:
- Manage ticket pickup and distribution for event attendees at designated will-call locations.
- Assist attendees with ticketing inquiries and provide information about shuttle routes and schedules.
- Utilize iPhone scanners provided by the client to scan tickets and validate attendee credentials.
- Oversee an assigned shuttle stop location throughout event hours, ensuring the safe and organized boarding of shuttle buses for event attendees.
- Collaborate with your fellow Shuttle Stop Managers to coordinate boarding procedures and uphold a structured queue.
- Adjust crowd management strategies according to the unique dynamics of the shuttle stop location.
- Acquaint yourself with the different wristband types to accurately identify ticketholders eligible for shuttle services.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and event organizers via group messages GPS’s event management platform, including submission of shuttle departure times at your site throughout the event.
- Ensure possession of a personal mobile device to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
Role Details:
- Workdays: July 17th-21st
- Shift duration: 8 -16 hours
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Pay: Starting at $20/hr
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in event management or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be punctual and reliable.

- Able to utilize a personal smart phone for vehicle tracking
