Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and develop senior managers, equipping them with the skills and support needed to lead their respective teams effectively.
Data Strategy and Governance
- Hold full accountability for the performance and results of multiple sub-teams or a large, strategically important team.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the data team.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance team performance and outcomes.
- Address performance issues promptly and effectively, ensuring that all team members contribute to the organization's success.
Business Acumen and Leadership
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall strategy for the department.

Requirements
