About The Job
Games Workshop is looking for a passionate and result-driven Events Manager to deliver exceptional retention-focused Warhammer events across North America. If you are passionate about fostering long-term relationships, planning and executing events that not only attract but also retain Warhammer fans, then this could be the role for you!
Collaborating closely with the Global Head of Events, Senior Organised Play Manager and the entire Global Events team, you’ll be responsible for delivering 7 retention-focused events throughout the year, ensuring they strengthen connections with our existing fans while aligning with Games Workshop’s commercial objectives and cultural values. Bringing clarity to every aspect of your communication is key as you will negotiate lasting agreements and foster valuable partnerships with host venues and vendors to ensure we achieve on-budget, on-time success.
As the Event Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead by example, by inspiring and guiding both full and part-time event staff through each stage of planning and execution. With integrity at the core of everything you do, you’ll foster an open environment where collaboration thrives. Your thoughtful approach to every detail – from ticket sales to event store performance – will help create experiences that leave a lasting positive impact on all those involved.
Your data-driven approach will allow you to track performance, learn from each experience and make continuous improvements to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional events that delight our passionate fanbase.
