This is the job you’ve been looking for! The Warhammer Store and Cafe in Monrovia, CA is looking for a General Manager. What makes this store different from other Warhammer stores? Much more than just a retail store, this store is a retail space, hobby space, and a cafe.
The Warhammer Store and Cafe will act as a hub for the Warhammer Hobby in North America, showcasing unique displays of Citadel Miniatures, offering an extended range of products, and hosting exciting Warhammer events.
The General Manager will be managing a small dedicated team. This team will provide a one-of-a-kind customer service experience. You will be responsible for ordering all the day to day cafe supplies and other items unique to this shop, running the store Facebook page, maintaining showcase displays, and making decisions which drive sales in the store and cafe. We have a great support team who you will be working with to constantly make this store better and better.
Some knowledge of the Warhammer hobby and related products is desired, but not required. Food service knowledge will be advantageous. We know the real challenge to growing sales is making sure every member of the team provides a consistently exceptional standard of service to every customer no matter what. In addition to this, since this will be the 2nd store of its kind, it will be important to expect the unexpected and handle those situations calmly and professionally.
