The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, food and beverage operations, and other facilities management. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management.
- Create and maintain a positive store environment with a goal of creating trust, confidence and satisfaction through out-of-the-box thinking.
- Provide unique experiences to customers through high-quality hospitality and service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Ensure that all food and beverage products are stocked appropriately.
- Manage all aspects of the retail store’s appearance.
- Participate in developing new products, concepts and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base through strong service and knowledge of products/services.
- Work with other departments to ensure that the overall customer experience is top-notch.
- Advise customers on the best products and services for their needs.
- Focus on customer satisfaction through outstanding service and knowledge of products/services.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or similar role (2 years minimum in retail).
- Solid leadership skills and experience with sales staff.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, marketing strategies and market research.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
