Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system or cash register.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, making recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations in accordance with health department standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for special events or catering services as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Experience with cash registers or POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is highly desirable.
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food industry standards is beneficial.

Pay: $2.13 - $3.00 per hour
