The Role:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Gametime's Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a seamless hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers. This entry-level role is responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Above & Beyond: The Impact You'll Make:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth logistics for candidates and interviewers.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, update job postings, and track recruiting metrics in the ATS.
- Stakeholder Support: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate an efficient hiring process.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist with background checks, offer letters, and pre-hire documentation.
- Employer Branding: Support recruiting events, job fair coordination, and social media initiatives to attract top talent.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting process.

Technical Skills:- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Ability to track and report hiring metrics.

- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive candidate information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

At Gametime pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
