Position Overview:
The Technical Order Analyst will play a key role within the Project Team, ensuring the smooth processing of new incoming orders and maintaining accurate project data. This role would be responsible for reviewing order details for accuracy, populating relevant systems such as SharePoint and project spreadsheets with vital information (e.g., sales order numbers, serial numbers, software, and firmware versions), and updating the scrub status to keep the Project Coordinator team informed on which projects are ready for the next phase. Additionally, the Technical Order Analyst will oversee the coordination of new machine deliveries to all GCG warehouse locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all incoming orders to ensure accuracy and completeness. When errors are found, notify and work with manufacturing partners to correct any inaccuracies before the order ships. Keep the Project Team, Game Performance Team, and management updated with the status of all revised orders.
- Enter and maintain project data, including sales order numbers, serials, software, and firmware versions, in both SharePoint and project spreadsheets.
- Update the scrub status in SharePoint to inform the Project Coordinator team of project readiness.
- Coordinate new machine deliveries to all GCG warehouse locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery schedules.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project timelines are met.
