We're a stealth tech startup operating within the gaming space. We're seeking a human resources generalist to fulfill roles related primarily to recruitment efforts and new hire orientation and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Be a point of contact for new hires and employees about any potential questions or issues
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with and excels at talking to current and prospective employees
- Previous experience not necessary. The most relevant experience would be in a client-facing or people-facing role that involves talking to many different parties.
We're a startup and this is a flexible, remote role that will likely evolve as we grow as a company.
We're based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York, but we work with people from around the world.
