You'll help create them!The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to define how AI transforms the way millions of people share ideas.At Gamma, design isn’t just a function—it’s at the heart of how we innovate. You’ll play a critical role in shaping AI-powered experiences, prototyping cutting-edge products and features, and pushing the boundaries of AI-driven content creation. With seven designers on a team of fewer than 30 people, we have an exceptionally high designer-to-employee ratio, underscoring our belief that design is a key driver of innovation.This is a rare opportunity to invent new paradigms in an emerging field, work alongside a deeply technical and experimental design team, and bring AI-driven storytelling to a massive global audience. How AI Works in Gamma :

Own the design strategy and execution for end-to-end AI workflows and experiences. You'll make human-AI collaboration a seamless interaction that empowers people.Technical Design & Prototyping :

Work closely with engineering to rapidly prototype AI-powered features, pushing production-ready code alongside our technical design team.Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Salary :

The cash compensation for this role ranges from $200k to $260k.Equity :
