We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk / Office Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
As the first point of contact for our company, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. This is an in-office position only—remote work is not available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for staff and clients.
- Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office assistant role.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to calm upset customers and provide effective solutions to resolve issues professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work on-site only—no remote work available.
This position is full time M-F 8am to 5pm in office only, and you must be able to pass a background check as we handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
