What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Attorney position at Gamma Technologies?
Gamma Technologies is looking for a talented, creative, and highly motivated candidate to join our legal team as a Staff Attorney. You will be part of a generalist in-house legal department that works to provide advice and counsel to the company on all internal legal matters, including but not limited to subject matters such as intellectual property, immigration, contract, employment and labor, data privacy and security, government compliance, and artificial intelligence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and analytical skills and exceptional judgment. Attorneys looking to return to the workplace and recent/upcoming law school graduates are encouraged to apply.
What You Will Do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize inbound and outbound contracts
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, IT, and other Administrative departments to create, manage, process, and enforce internal policies and positions
- Assist in ensuring Company’s continuing compliance with global laws/regulations/ policies
- Provide advice and guidance on limiting risk and legal exposure
- Conduct legal research and analysis on issues that can be complex and/or global in scope
- Work with external counsel when required, assisting in matter resolution while managing cost of such work
- Investigate facts and law and search pertinent sources, such as public records and internet sources, to determine course of action
- Assist in M&A work, compliance issues, corporate governance, and other business transactions
- Manage internal databases to ensure appropriate organization of, follow-up on, and document retention for open and closed matters
What You Will Bring
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school (previously awarded or expected in 2025)
- Previous experience in corporate transactional law preferred
- Proficiency with legal research tools (Lexis) and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to:
- communicate clearly, accurately, and effectively in written and verbal communications
- manage multiple priorities and deadlines through to timely completion
- work independently and as part of a team; and
- manage and prioritize matters with little oversight

- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 – $90,00. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
