We help millions of people express themselves, making content creation feel effortless.Profitable - and we've also raised $20M , with Seed Series A led by Accel25 team members - we're a lean team that ships constantlySan Francisco based - most of us are in office ~3 days a weekThe Role As Product Manager for our Core Experience, you'll shape the foundation of how millions of people create and share their ideas.Drive product strategy that helps millions express their ideas more effectively.Own key metrics including user retention and new product revenue.Lead a dedicated squad of designers and engineers.Partner directly with our founders.You'll lead ambitious initiatives across our most critical product surfaces : Creation Experience Drive innovation in our visual editor, developing new content blocks, collaboration features, and formatting tools. You'll optimize performance and craft an exceptional writing and design experience.Website Platform Own our site builder platform, which powers over a million published websites. This includes everything from site navigation to DNS management, making it seamless for users to create production-ready websites.Distribution & Sharing Lead our presentation, permissions, and folder systems. You'll build features that help teams collaborate effectively and share their work through multiple formats including presentations, documents, social and video.About you Product craft : You've shipped creative and highly successful self-serve products in prosumer or consumer tech. You have experience partnering with top-tier designers and engineers to create magical UX, and you know how to achieve both high polish and high velocity.You crave ownership and bring a strong sense of urgency to every project you touch. You've demonstrated an ability to achieve big goals in a fast-paced environment. You can turn ambiguous problems and messy metrics into a crisp roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance.Hands-on : We're a lean team where everyone builds. Strategy is not something you throw over a fence; it's something you put into practice with focused execution. You love challenging yourself to learn new skills and tools, and aren't scared of diving into Figma or building your own code prototype.Strategic & customer-obsessed : You are right a lot because you love talking to users and deeply understanding their problems.
