As part of the Real Estate & Construction team, you will join a dynamic and collaborative practice committed to excellence and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
· Advise clients on real estate development matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
· Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning, and land use analysis.
· Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
· Manage transactions from inception to closing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
Job Qualifications:
· 5 years of commercial transactional experience, including sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing, and real estate development matters.
· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited university.
· Active membership in the Idaho State Bar (or a concrete plan to obtain admission as soon as possible).
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Sound judgment, responsiveness, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
· Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow within the firm.

Compensation, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
· Salary Range: $215,000 – $237,000 (based on market location, skills, and experience).
