This firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency team represents a diverse range of clients, including secured creditors, private equity investors, trustees, and agents, handling complex corporate bankruptcies, financial restructurings, loan workouts, and insolvency-related litigation. Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in bankruptcy law, restructuring, or insolvency-related litigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, business teams, and legal professionals.
- Exceptional academic credentials, excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Federal circuit court, district court, or bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.
- Illinois State Bar membership is required.
