Candidates must have commercial real estate finance experience at an AmLaw 100 firm, strong academic credentials, and an active bar license in their desired location.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
- Extensive experience with debt, debt-like, and equity transactions secured by real estate.
- Strong background in construction financing and multi-tiered capital transactions.
- Exposure to structured real estate finance, preferred equity investments, and distressed commercial real estate.
- Focus on lender/capital provider-side work, though borrower-side experience is also valued.
- Direct partner mentorship and client contact in a collaborative environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- $260,000–$350,000, depending on experience and location.
