The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the drafting and negotiation of complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare legal documents related to corporate transactions.
- Collaborate with clients and other members of the legal team to deliver practical and strategic solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments that may impact clients.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
