Job Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate law, specifically focusing on venture capital, startups, and emerging companies. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of complex transactions, including venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, serving a diverse client base in the technology and life sciences sectors.
