The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling complex environmental litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on cases involving CERCLA. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile environmental matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in all phases of environmental litigation, including discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel on CERCLA-related issues and Superfund site matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, preparing clear and persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, engineers, and environmental consultants, to develop comprehensive case strategies.
- Manage and coordinate client communications, ensuring timely updates and effective representation.
