The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving insurance coverage disputes, policy analysis, and providing legal advice to clients on a wide range of coverage issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze insurance policies to assess coverage issues and provide clear recommendations.
- Draft and negotiate coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and other related documents.
- Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex coverage issues.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies.
