This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a minimum of Six years of experience with counseling and defending both (1) single-plaintiff employment cases and (2) class and collective actions in wage and hour cases and class-wide allegations of unfair employment practices.Key Responsibilities : Provide guidance to employers on workplace issues such as hiring, firing, discrimination, wage laws, and employee rights.Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and agreements.Represent clients in employment disputes, including wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination claims.Advise on union matters, collective bargaining, and labor disputes.Qualifications : Strong knowledge of labor laws.
