Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of law firm experience in commercial and business litigation.
- Strong academic record and excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local rules.
- Experience with depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients is a bonus.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and an interest in learning new things.
- Admission to the State Bar of Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on complex commercial and business litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and argue dispositive and discovery motions.
- Conduct legal research and manage case-related deadlines.
- Take and defend depositions and participate in court hearings.
- Interface with clients and collaborate with partners on case strategy.
