Our client, a Top AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate (3 to 5 years of experience) to join their Real Estate practice in Chicago. The role involves handling a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures, with a focus on institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures.
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements.
- Provide strategic advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
- Joint venture experience is a plus.
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
- JD from an accredited law school (Class of 2021 to 2019).
Salary Range:
$260,000 to $365,000, based on experience.
