About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Coordinator of Administrative Services to join the Gamut School team. This role will be responsible for managing administrative functions, overseeing important documentation, and providing direct support to the Head of School.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the school
- Manage school calendar and schedule important events and meetings
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Manage and process student affidavits
- Oversee registrar services, including student enrollment, record-keeping, and transcript management
- Provide direct administrative support to the Head of School
- Act as a liaison between the Head of School, staff, parents, and external community members
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the planning and execution of school events and fundraisers
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives as directed by the Head of School
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an educational setting (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and database management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a special education environment
- Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with student information systems and educational technology platforms
Compensation and Benefits:
