Job Title: Test Proctor
Location: Laguna Neighborhood (Garfield Ave & Randolph St), 90040
Timeline: JUNE 2025
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
- 3 weeks in June with quarterly opportunities to follow
- Looking for people with availability throughout the three weeks, does not necessarily need to be all 15 days
Pay: $25/hr

Job Description:
GAN Human Resources is seeking to add reliable, professional people to join our team as Test Proctors. In this role you will be responsible for supervising the administration of our assessments to ensure a fair and secure testing environment. The testing environment is business professional and all Test Proctors would be expected to abide by business professional standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and proctor GAN HR Assessments in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- Helping participants log in and access their online test
- Managing the group of participants and overall testing procedures
- Reading (scripted) directions to the testing group
- Monitor participants throughout the assessment to ensure compliance with testing protocols
- Troubleshoot technical issues (software, computer, etc.) if needed
- Walk around the testing event to ensure reliability and validity of the test
- Address and report any irregularities or incidents during the assessment session
- Aid in passing out and collecting scratch paper to/from participants
- Provide ADA accommodations when necessary
