Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to become a valued member of our team. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. This position entails fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that enables children to learn, grow, and develop essential skills.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for summer program hours.
There is a partial reimbursement for health insurance premiums available.

Duties
- Create and execute lesson plans suitable for various age groups that facilitate learning through play and exploration.
- Cultivate a supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Offer personalized attention to each student, addressing their specific needs.
- Effectively manage classroom behavior by employing positive reinforcement techniques.
- Keep parents informed about their child's progress and development through open communication.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of all children within the classroom.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is required
- Early childhood education
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and other educators.
- Must complete OR Dept of Early Learning Trainings & Requirements: RRCAN, INCCHS, Pediatric CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers & Criminal Registry

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
